University Lecture Series



DePauw University has a great archive of their past lectures, including William Bennet, Benazir Bhutto, Doris Kearns Goodwin, and a long list of others. This is an outstanding resource and makes me fall in love with the web all over again. Although Tony Blair's picture does look vaguely menacing.

This page would be great for upper-elementary or junior-high art classes. It defines each basic concept of art (line, shape, texture, etc.) and gives a small example, as well as names artists who have works that are representative of that concept.
